Computer Drop-off Service
How the Service Works
- Bring us your:
- Computer or laptop-be sure to bring the power cord
- Software disc(s) and license key(s) for Microsoft Windows and all applications that are involved in the problem or need to be reinstalled
- Any peripherals (printers, etc.) that are involved in the problem
- Sign drop-off form
- You will be contacted with estimated repair completion date and costs within 2 business days
- Upon completion, you will be contacted to pick up the computer
- Computer must be picked up within 15 days of completion notification

- Business Hours: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
Rates
- Repair service rates are $50/hour-not to exceed $350* in labor (30-minute increments)
- You will not be charged if we cannot resolve the issue
- There is a 5 business day guarantee on labor
Parts & Materials
- Cost of parts and materials are additional
- No parts or materials charges will be incurred without your prior approval
Requirements
- Computer must be running a Microsoft operating system
- Computer must be a standalone system, not part of a network
- Unlicensed or pirated software will not be installed
- Client must pay at time of pickup with cash or credit card only
- Client must pick up computer within 15 days of pick-up date
- Data recovery services are best-effort and cannot be guaranteed
* Note: Work performed on Windows versions that are not currently supported by the original manufacturer are not capped at the maximum fee of $350. Warranty work is not performed at this facility.
